Abstract(in English) A coupling method using a grating coupler is often used as a surface-optical coupling to a silicon photonics integrated circuit. However, in the case of surface-optically coupling the optical fiber/optical fiber array to the grating coupler on the integrated circuit, there has been a problem that the initial alignment time is long. In this paper, to solve this problem, we propose a simple optical coupling method using the optical characteristics of the grating coupler in the visible light region. At the same time, the FDTD method electromagnetic field simulator was used to analyze the reflection characteristics of the grating coupler and verify the validity of the proposed method.
