Proposal of transient fluctuation detection technology for multi-dimensional time series data

Abstract(in English) In order to realize stable operation of systems, it is indispensable to detect transient fluctuations due to various events such as equipment failure, evaluate their effects, and make a facility plan considering them. In this paper, we propose a technique for detecting transient fluctuations from multi-dimensional time series data to realize stable operation of a redundant system that consists of multiple equipments and the load is distributed among them.
