Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to realize effective disaster response, responders should develop and share the common operational picture including damage situation, and it usually takes much time for them to grasp damage situation. Against this issue, many researchers developed many kinds way to do it with advanced ICT, and they always validate the accuracy of how much those methods detects damage situation. In addition, responders are eager to know when they can gain the estimated or actual disaster damage situation. Based on this background, we proposed “time cost per unit area” as an item to assess the efficiency of each method. In order to validate its effort, we clarified “time cost per unit area” in three methods applied in past disaster.
