Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A goal of this study is to clarify dispersion characteristics of biomolecules, which resultant to estimate those dielectric constants, by using computational simulation of molecular dynamics. In order to establish protocol for deriving the dispersion characteristics of the biomolecule, molecular dynamics simulation was performed; uniformed sinusoidal electric field was applied to water molecules and biomolecules at several frequencies from 1 to 100 GHz. The results of dipole moments obtained by the computational simulation was used to estimate the relaxation time of the molecules by assuming a first-order lag system model.
