Abstract(in English) Since communication services are one of the important infrastructures that support society, in the event of a large-scale disaster, telecommunications carriers are required to quickly and accurately understand the impact of failures on communication services and restore work. Most of them are implemented in multiple layers and are managed by OpS that is different for each type of communication service, so it is difficult to quickly and accurately grasp the failure impact on all communication services caused by a disaster. So far, we have proposed a method to realize the communication service and the influence of communication service across layers quickly and accurately by using the Network Operation Injected Model that manages network information in a general-purpose data format that does not depend on the communication network type. A communication service is composed of various types of communication devices. For example, a relay communication device is a communication device higher than a subscriber communication device. However, it is necessary to understand the impact considering the device hierarchy. In the conventional method, the influence of the communication service corresponding to the fault location on the faulty communication equipment has been realized by a general-purpose method that does not depend on the type of communication device. In this method, the versatility of the conventional technology is maintained by adding the information that defines the device hierarchy to the Network Operation Injected Model and proposing the method considering the device hierarchy while maintaining the versatility of the conventional technology, a more Identifying Service Influence was realized.
