Abstract(in English) In recent years, there are many work efficiency efforts in particular automation of business processes in various industry. The same trend applies to the network operations of telecommunication carriers and various systems and tools have been developed and operated. The operation is partially automated, however network operators and maintenance personnel are manually performing maintenance tasks by coordinating multiple groups of tools. Following this situation, this article focuses on further automation of network operation process, by developing technologies to orchestrate existing automation tools. Although automation of service fulfillment, such as developing network services, is progressing, automation of service assurance such as responding to network failure has not progressed. The reason is that the workflow of failure response tends to be complicated because there are many confirmation and judgment processes in order to explain to related departments and users. In this paper, we focus on the failure handling work for network services in telecommunications carriers and present the issues and requirements for automating the work. After that, we propose an architecture of our orchestrator and the main functions such as filtering to extract root cause alarms of the failure, and scenarios that enable easy expression of complex workflows.
