Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we study an asymmetric rectifier circuit for realizing a load impedance conversion mechanism without an inductor. It is analytically shown that the resolution of discrete load impedance conversion is improved by connecting two Dickson charge pumps in series and switching the numbers of stages asymmetrically.
