| Abstract(in English) | Much of people’s activities are now run on digital platforms. They are becoming increasingly important, especially in events related to life chances such as examinations, employment, and marriage. It has also become an issue for service providers to make proper use of data, including personal information such as service usage history. In this paper, points of caution in data utilization practices that take into account not only business but also ethical issues are described, referring to the responsibilities and obligations of digital platform providers. |
