| Abstract(in English) | The improvement of operational e?ciency at nursery schools/kindergartens has become an urgent issue to be solved. In the wake of the COVID-19 issue that raged in 2020, nursery schools/kindergartens were con?rmed as an important infrastructure for social welfare. We have been focusing on nursery schools/kindergartens as a workplace where it is difficult to introduce IT, and now we recognize the need to support the working style of the people involved by improving the e?ciency of their work. This report describes the development and operation of a working support system based on the hypothesis that IT with minimal operation changes is the key to promote the system. A case study on the development of an e?cient system for unlocking and handing over kindergarten children using an IC cardreader in a kindergarten in Gifu Prefecture. This study enabled us to record the admission of about 200 parents and support the pick-up of about 100 children in the kindergarten. In addition, we describe the design of the system on the premise of remote management, in order to simplify the maintenance and operation of the system. |
