| Abstract(in English) | As information security/cybersecurity has been increasing, so is the importance of (Information) Security Governance. However, there are many challenges in how to handle risk in security governance. In this paper, we reconsider how risk is treated in security governance in the light of the risk-related discussion in the Science, Technology and Society (STS). It also points out that it is important to evaluate and improve the risk assessment process itself and to further activate information sharing between the public and private sectors in order to conduct more desirable risk assessments. |
