Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Rapid and universal proliferation of information and communication technologies (ICT) makes information and communication systems excessively complex, energy consuming, and surprisingly fragile. To realize sustainable information and communication systems, so-called bio-inspired ICT has been attracting researchers. Biological systems are inherently energy efficient and robust to unexpected changes in surrounding condition. Bio-inspired ICT adopt principles and algorithms behind biological systems to achieve their desirable characterstics. In this paper, new network architecture called brain-morphic wireless sensor network, which embeds artificial intelligence in a wireless network consisting of tiny devices by applying a reservoir computing model. |
