Abstract(in English) The analog radio over fiber (A-RoF) employing directly modulated VCSEL and multi-mode fibers is one of the technique of radio signal relay for radio insensitive area in particular for high SHF bands. In this paper, we report that the study results for design of drive circuit with improvement of frequency flatness for directly modulated VCSEL by using coupling transmission line.
