Abstract(in English) | Recently, it has become common to use cloud service, especially Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). IaaS providers are often asked by users whether their associated cloud infrastructure have any failure. But providers cannot immediately find the devices that individual users are using and their impact of failure from a large-scale cloud infrastructure built by multiple management systems. In this paper, we propose a method to represent the configuration information of multiple layers of the cloud infrastructure in a unified configuration model, to integrate configuration information of multiple management systems and to visualize the related configuration for each user. By using this method, the provider can easily investigate the equipment used by the user and the user who uses the equipment. And we confirmed that they can quickly respond the inquiry from the users in the experiment using the data of the real commercial IaaS environment. |
