| 抄録(和) | 電子戦，防衛通信に関する海外技術動向を，2019年11月に米国ノーフォークで開催されたMILCOM2019の概要等を元に紹介する．MILCOMは38回目になる産官学合同の防衛通信のイベントで，政府関係者の基調講演，パネルディスカッション，アカデミックな技術発表，展示会，チュートリアル等から構成される．AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association)，IEEE Communication Societyが共催．MILCOMの2019年のテーマは「Defining multi-domain command and control」．通信，ネットワーク，システム，衛星通信，機械学習等の技術発表の他，基調講演ではマルチドメインが意識されていた． |
| 抄録(英) | We present oversea technical trends concerning the Electronic Warfare and the defense communication, based on the outline of MILCOM2019 held at Norfolk, Virginia, U.S.A. in November 2019 and so on. MILCOM is a premier military communication event with industry, government and academia, and is the 38th in 2019. It consists of keynote speeches of government related people, panel discussions, academic presentations, exhibitions, tutorials and so on. It is co-sponsored by AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association) and IEEE Communication Society. The main theme of MILCOM2019 conference is “Defining multi-domain command and control.” In keynote speeches consideration of “multi-domain” was mentioned, as well as in technical presentations in the area of communication, network, system, satellite communication, and machine learning. |
