Abstract(in English) Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), a core technology of privacy guard on cloud services, has a disadvantage of high computation cost. Since software implementations in previous work were not so fast for practical use, we chose hardware implementation for speeding up. We chose modulus ring for FHE implementation so that ASIC can handle modulus operation more efficiently than the other platforms. Our post synthesis design has 19.2 times higher throughput, and post placement and routing design has 8.06 times higher throughput than that of GPU.
