| Abstract(in English) | Large-screen flexible displays using plastic substrates are promising candidates for 8K TV for home use due to their superior features such as being lightweight, thin, and flexible. Such displays can be carried simply by rolling them up, and easily installed in homes. In this report, we describe our recent work on the development of oxide thin-film transistors for the realization of large-screen 8K flexible displays as well as the latest development of flexible displays. |
