Abstract(in English) As a digital coherent optical communications system was developing, the performances such as the spectral linewidth, and consumption power in wavelength tunable laser modules have been improved so far. In this paper, the basic structure of the tunable lasers, the operation principle of the wavelength tuning, and the state of the art are reviewed.
