Abstract(in English) One of the authors devised a method for the highly precise and high-resolution measurement of radio wave information by using a beam scanning antenna. The method was applied to radio waves that were radiated from a launch vehicle on the launch pad at the Tanegashima Space Center and then were received by the rotating antenna of a ground station there. As a result of collating the radio wave information obtained by the method with the launch facilities and topography around the launch site, the locations where multipath occurs were identified and the performance of the method could be demonstrated.
