Proposal and Practice for Multi-Tenant Agile Development Environment

Abstract(in English) Customer needs in the digital solutions business are changing from conventional business systems (SoR) to a new kind of system (SoE) that creates added value and engages in business. In SoE development, it is important to respond quickly to customer needs with maintaining quality. For this reason, it is essential to transit to an agile development and to construct a DevOps environment which can adapt a variety of customers. In this paper, we propose the technology to improve development efficiency by collaborating process of tools, and the technology to improve provision work efficiency for multiple customer projects. In addition, we describe the practice of DevOps process using the proposed technology.
