Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose a Routing method that aims to reduce total wire length and wire length difference for Set-Pair Routing problems in which connection requirements are given between pin sets.In the proposed method, first, it is aimed for more target pin-pair to be connected at initial routing, by congestion expectaitons are taken into account as an evaluation scales for target-pin pair selection and making it more frequent for pin-pairs that can be connected in the areas of low congestion to be selected as target pin-pair in order to generate an initial wire with a short maximum length and short wire length difference.Also, in order to reduce difference in wire length by redundant of short wire effectively, routes of other wire are modified to avoid around short wires.Experiments show that routing patterns that maximum wire length are same and wire length difference are smaller compared to the existing method are obtained. |
