Multi-modal Personal Authentication System Using CNN with Voice and Aerial Signature

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose multi-modal personal authentication system using convolution neural network(CNN) with voice and aerial signature. In this system, audio data is converted to a mel spectrogram, and we train CNN with the mel spectrogram as image data. The system has two types. In the first type, voice authentication and aerial signature authentication are connected in series. In the second type, they are connected in parallel. In voice authentication, we use mel spectrogram. In aerial signature authentication, we use position vectors and direction vectors. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed system with computer experiments of personal authentication.
