Blockchain-based collaborative scoring method for digital service ecosystem revitalization

Abstract(in English) Innovation creation with digital technologies has been more important, and collaboration among ecosystem organizations for open-innovation has been demanded. One of the incentives giving methods for ecosystem revitalization is the scoring. The conventional scoring is the one to observe activities of stakeholders and utilization of services and evaluate the value of services and stakeholders in the ecosystem. However, there was a problem in terms of transparency and fairness because, in this method, the specific core organization of the ecosystem is only responsible for scoring; moreover, the scoring logics are closed, and the other organizations are not allowed to change the logic. Therefore, in this research, we proposed the blockchain-based collaborative scoring method and verified feasibility.
