Optimisation of Boids by particle swarm optimisation based on fish schools

Abstract(in English) In this paper,we present a generic Boids model which is based on the visual field of fish to simulate actual fish school's behaviour.The original Boids model and the genetic Boids model have three rule vectors.These vectors are called separation,alignment,cohesion. The aggregate motion is the result of the interaction of these vectors.We propose method to optimise coefficients of these vectors,by using particle swarm optimisation algorithm.After the optimisation,the original Boids model and the genetic Boids model are compared with the measured data using Pearson correlation coefficient and Maximal Information Coefficient.We compared with the original Boids model and the genetic Boids model..As a result,the genetic Boids model moved closer to the actual fish schools.
