The efficient and high level of commitment scheme with low output locality

Abstract(in English) Applebaum et al. construct expand function which can achieve constant output locality. Author's constructed a commitment scheme which is constant output locality. To evaluate the commitment scheme with output locality, we need to construct the expand function. However, the expand function which Applebaum et al. is executed by lexicographically way and difficult to construct. Therefore, we propose more practical way to construct expand function and construct a commitment scheme with constant output locality made by our proposed expand function. Also, we prove the commitment scheme has computational binding and computational hiding.
