Abstract(in English) | QoE (Quality of Experience) has become one of the service evaluation indices for Web services. It is well known that user phycology influences QoE because QoE subjective evaluation depends on user’s judgment. Preventing QoE degradation in consideration of user phycology can result in providing better Web services. In this study, we aim to estimate impatience which is one of user phycology using personal computer interface operation. Focusing on four features of mouse and keyboard operation, we compare interface operations between normal and impatience situations. The results show that the features of speed to typing and speed of mouse pointer have potential for estimation of difference between normal and impatience situations. |
