An Improvement on Data Hiding in the Copyright- and Privacy-Protected Image Trading System

Abstract(in English) This paper improves the data hiding performance in the copyright- and privacy-protected image trading system. In the system, a seller divides an image to amplitude and phase components for protecting buyer's privacy, and the amplitude components are combined with the phase components of a dummy image and sent to a trusted third party (TTP). The TTP hides buyer's id in the image for copyright protection, but a strong mark is not extracted well. This paper traces the cause of this problem and proposes two improved data hiding methods. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
