Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Most people are thrown rarely into a panic, when they are facing some serious events, such as diseases, disasters. The situation, when they feel difficulty to make decisions by themselves, is called as "state of conviction drifting". The goal of the study is to realize an information system to support people in the state of conviction drifting by providing useful information for their decision making. However, it is not enough to provide useful information for escaping them from the state. Information-providing procedure, which produces sympathy between information provider and receiver, is indispensable. In this paper, we have developed an algorithm and a tool for visualizing logics and their expansion in utterances among information providers and receivers. The tool was applied for the meet- ings of instructing services manuals to a novice clerk in a beverage shop by 6 instructors. Through the application, we confirmed that the tool was useful to visualize logics and their expansion in utterances and discuss appropriate information-providing process in Q&A system.
