Abstract(in English) Fingerprinting is a technique to identify mass-produced products by using their variations in fabrication. In particular, fingerprinting of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) has a wide range of applications because many electronics products use them for illuminators and indicators. So far, researchers have proposed techniques to fingerprint LEDs using its spectral features, but there has been no evaluation of their robustness under environmental temperature change. In this paper, we report an experimental evaluation of how the optical spectrum changes under different temperatures, and its impact on LED fingerprinting.
