Abstract(in English) In this work, we propose an improved inference algorithm for neuronal ensembles, which can classify neurons into ensembles by focusing on synchronicity in neuronal activity. We first give the generative model of Bayesian inference by prior knowledge of neuronal activity, then we construct fast numerical inference algorithm using Markov chain Monte Carlo method. Moreover, we apply our algorithm to synthetic neuronal activity data and real spike data from mice for verification of utility, and discuss their results.
