Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Microwave wireless power transmission enables new applications. Although high power is used for the applications, the RF-DC conversion efficiency of rectifiers is generally lowered for the high power input. Usually, we design rectifiers by using S parameters obtained from experiments with low power input. However, this design method is not suitable for large-power-rectifier designs. Then, we proposed the design method using an equivalent circuit extracted from S parameters. This research studied the modeling method of high-frequency characteristics. Finally, we wrote a program for extracting diode parameters and evaluate the consistency.
