Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In microwave power transmission to mobile objects, a system become simple and small if antennas for the transmitting and pilot signals can be integrated into one antenna. In this paper, we developed a 5.8 GHz dual circularly polarized antenna with short vias loaded into the ring patch antenna. The feeding circuit to excite dual circular polarizations is integrated in the innner of the antenna. The measured isolation between input ports for each polarization is -29.2 dB, achieving good circular polarization characteristics with an axial ratio of 0.6 or less for both polarizations.
