Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Since MPTCP uses multiple paths simultaneously to communicate, MPTCP performance will be influenced by coexisting paths that have different characteristics. Especially, in the case of existing a subflow having short RTT, the congestion window size (cwnd) of the subflow doesn't grow enough. This leads to the performance of MPTCP degrade significantly. In this paper, we propose the method that adjusts a cwnd of such subflow to a cwnd of the other subflow. The results of experiments with the simplified implementation showed that the proposed method improved load balancing and throughput.
