Abstract(in English) We report on the Mini 4WD model car featuring a concept “10 COINS” which is devised for the contest “Wireless Powered Mini 4WD Race - Towing WPT receiver wagon -”. This competition was held at IEICE Society Convention in September 2019. In this race, competitors prepare a WPT receiver wagon only powered wirelessly from the road and compete for time to goal. “10 COINS” is our low-budget concept, which means the total production cost of capacitive coupling WPT system is less than 50 dollars. At the competition, our car based on this concept, running on a 4.0 meters road in 3.23 seconds, was highly evaluated and won the idea award. This paper describes in detail how to make the capacitive coupling WPT system at a low cost.
