Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Energy-harvesting is the method to get energy from the environment. It can increase the lifetime of wireless sensor networks. The traditional protocol for sensor networks, however, was designed on condition that its sensor nodes operated with an only battery. In this paper, we present an improved protocol for sensor networking systems with energy-harvesting and non-energy-harvesting nodes. Moreover, we simulate both the network protocols and the unstable output of energy-harvesting. This simulation result shows our proposed protocol can make a more efficient network.
