Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to avoid data frame collisions, a media access control method based on synchronized phenomena of coupled oscillators (SP-MAC) has been proposed. It has been confirmed that SP-MAC can achieve higher total throughput than CSMA/CA in a multi-hop environment. However, in previous studies, the throughput characteristics of SP-MAC considering the capture effect is insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we evaluate the throughput performance of SP-MAC in a wireless LAN multi-hop environment considering the capture effect. As a result, we confirmed that throughput of SP-MAC to CSMA/CA increases when the number of hops changed.
