Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The digital contents around us are evolving into high-definition systems, as seen from the development of broadcasting infrastructure, 8K TVs, large-screen displays, high-resolution images, and diversification of contents. In addition, 5G, a newly introduced communication standard, realizes "high speed / large capacity", "low delay", and "connection with large number of terminals", and users have a possibility to select the best service from the huge amount of information. Therefore, the QoE (Quality of Experience) has very important role for measuring as an index that represents the quality of the service. So, in this study, we conduct the experiments focusing on the cerebral hemodynamics and the heat distribution on the human face, which can be measured by NIRS (Near-InfraRed Spectroscopy) and thermography cameras, among the biological information used for QoE evaluation. Then, we analyze the relation between the biological information and the human preference of the image.
