A method of the timbre composition based on the attributes of tone quality using neural networks

Abstract(in English) When sending some messages to people, we usually use many sounds as auditory signals. These auditory signals is not only simply sound, but also it must send people the right message. The timbre is important in the design of auditory signals. In the timbre, particularly about the impression of the timbre, there are many things which we have not known well. However, when we design auditory signals, we have to compose the timbre which gives people specific impressions which are pleasantness and emergency etc. In this study, we analyzed the impressions which are given by the sound based on the attributes of the tone qualities, and the way of the timbre composition which gives specific impressions using the neural networks was proposed.
