| Abstract(in English) | For large-scale and important international events, a video transmission service is indispensable. Real-time video transmission requires higher requirements than data transmission because video quality degrades even when momentary interruption occurs in a video transmission network. We provide high-quality and reliable video transmission services that meet such requirements by utilizing our wide-area telecommunication infrastructure. However, since the existing integrated system that controls and monitors the network for telecommunication infrastructure is huge and complicated, it lacks the flexibility and deployment speed that are required by short-term and important events. Thus, we realized flexible and quick end-to-end operation management system for infrastructure of high-quality and reliable video transmission service, by adapting "in-house development", "agile development" and "microservice architecture." In this paper, we introduce toil and problem for providing video transmission service which high-quality and reliability is required, how to operate and manage complicated network, and the scheme to pursuit flexible and quick development, obtained from our practical experiences. |
