Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we briefly review recent progress of deep unfolding that is a promising deep learning technique whose network architecture is based on existing iterative algorithms. By unfolding the recursive structure of an iterative algorithm and embedding trainable parameters, deep unfolding can learn the parameters using training data, which results in improving the convergence performance. After we introduce a basic idea of deep unfolding, we present some examples of deep-unfolded algorithms for compressed sensing and MIMO signal detection. We also discuss future directions of deep unfolding. |
