Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, the use of voice User Interface (VUI) to make the service interactive using speech is widespread. When this process is performed in the cloud, reducing the resource consumption while suppressing the delay time to respond is a challenge. In this paper, we propose a method to prepare a number of speech recognition processes that correspond to the required amount of requests at that time by launching a speech recognition process that triggers the user's approach by utilizing the information of the device's sensor. By doing so, as compared with the case of operating the speech recognition system without causing delay as before, it became possible to operate the speech recognition system with a small amount of resources.
