Abstract(in English) We have engaged in the research and development (R&D) of technology to select the optimal wireless communication system and transmission parameters taking account for radio environment. In the course of this research, we have conducted measurements around unlicensed bands where IoT devices are frequently used. Noise and interference that could affect wireless communication depending on the measurement location and frequency were observed. This paper reports the results. We have also developed a small radio monitoring node "Radio Catcher" to facilitate the measurement. By connecting to a PC via a LAN, spectrum and spectrograms of 400 MHz to 6 GHz can be displayed. Radio Catcher shares signal processing between FPGA and PC. Radio Catcher shares signal processing between FPGA and PC. The development status of these functions is also introduced.
