Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It has been found by our study that subjective quality or QoE of video can be estimated by using subjects’ bio-signals while watching video with and without smart-phone. However, the experiment is conducted under the constrained environment. Therefore, in this paper, we conduct an experiment which is much similar to the actual environment of subjects where they use smart-phone with less constraints in order to evaluate whether subject quality or QoE of video can be also estimated. By using Random Forest algorithm with subjects’ bio-signals as input, subjective quality or QoE of video is highly estimated using the data while using smart-phone and not-using smart-phone separately, rather than using all the data at the same time. It suggests that subjective quality or QoE of video can be well estimated in an actual environment by considering the situation with and without using smart-phone and analyzing data separately.
