A study of a video distribution system suitable for media classes

Abstract(in English) We studied a video distribution method and its parameters that are suitable for distributing videos of teaching materials used in media courses. Assuming that the video is attached to the slide together with the lecturer's video for explanation, it is required to be able to be used in a mobile environment such as a smart phone, to be able to read the contents of the slide, and to have the minimum required bit rate. As a result, we decided to use a multi-bit rate HLS distribution system, which consists of three bit rates between good and bad communication conditions. The quantitative evaluation of the video image quality and the change of the bit rate when the train is running are confirmed by SSIM. By specifying the upper limit of the bit rate, you can confirm that the video does not stop playing even when communication restrictions are imposed.
