Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, the demands for utilizing the 5th Generation mobile communication system (5G) to connected cars and autonomous driving has have been increasing. There are some levels of automation and each level needs different performance of wireless communication such as quality or throughput. Therefore, the vehicle needs to control the level of automation, lane, or speed when the performance of wireless communication changes. In particular, a sufficient in-advanced time for changing the level of automation is indispensable. However, when base stations are congested, the delay time may exceed the in-advanced time. To avoid this, an in-advanced quality of service notification (IQN) is considered being used to ensure this time in 5G Automotive Association (5GAA). However, any specific utilization of IQN is not considered. Therefore, in this paper, we assume the IQN as a prediction of throughput value and propose an improvement scheme of uplink V2N communication by distributing the traffic load and reducing the congestion of base stations without the degradation of quality of wireless communication. The simulation results show an improved performance of the proposed scheme.
