Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In recent years, with the development of the Internet, many IoT devices are used in all aspects of life. On the other hand, various cyber attacks targeting IoT devices have been reported. Attack detection systems are often used as countermeasures against this. Attack detection systems can be generally divided into two types: signature type and anomaly type. While the former cannot detect unknown attacks, the latter can detect such attacks. On the other hand, there exists a problem that it is difficult for anomaly type to define a normal state. However, in the case of IoT devices, the communication log is often composed of limited types of packets unlike general PC. Therefore, we generate a model of normal state of IoT communication using deep metric learning, and we propose an anomaly type attack detection system using it. |
