Abstract(in English) Action Planning is a scenario creation method for promoting interdisciplinary data collaborations by describing the relationship among stakeholders in the data market. In this study, we propose a method for describing and sharing the data value-chain among stakeholders. We discuss applications by using the data businesses collected by the proposed method
