Abstract(in English) Understanding customer characteristics based on data is an important issue in marketing areas such as new product development, advertisement, and sales strategy. In this study, we propose a new framework for analyzing questionnaire data using t-SNE and NMF, which have become widely used in data mining in recent years. The proposed method associates the relevance between factor information corresponding to the characteristic question items of each segment and the low-dimensional map. Thus, we attempt to visualize the relationship between the customer's demographics and the benefits on both sides. The proposed method makes it possible to identfy the differences between segments and the relationships between features through an analysis of customer information, and helps users understand the market structure. As a result, it can be expected to be used effectively as a tool to support product development, such as setting personas and finding hidden needs in the market.
