Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In nursing education, number of special subjects increased to manage new medical area such as treatment at home and treatment mental disorder. However, number of total education hours had not increased, so it is a problem to keep balance theology and practical skill. In addition, the opportunity of nursing students to assist patient directly have been decreasing because hospital’s risk management was strictly. In this study, we developed a new study material using Virtual Reality (VR) for nursing students who are requested to get various nursing skills in a limited time which enable safe experience learning of nursing practical training, and the gain of this study is to prove learning effect of this material. The scene of learning was set based of precedent incidents which occurred during practical training in hospital, and we compared learning effect with usual learning method which conduct prior learning in KYT sheet that is used improvement of sensibility at nursing scene’s crisis and accident prevention and group learning later. The numbers of target are 80 who are nursing students before practical training at hospital. They were divided into two groups learn with VR which developed newly, learn with usual learning method. After learning with each method, they solved same assurance test. As a result, it was not seemed significant difference in score of each group’s assurance test. This suggested that VR learning method which developed newly and usual learning have the same learning effect.
