Utilizing Job Stress Questionnaire data by Data Analysis Method

Abstract(in English) We made it clear that utilizing Job Stress Questionnaire data by Data Analysis Method is effective to grasp the structure of stress in company organization and promote to build hypotheses for countermeasure. The conventional analysis with Job Stress Questionnaire data for the company organization does not lead to the concrete improvement activity well because it tends to be the simple totaling and is limited to the shallow understanding for the result. In order to solve this issue, we applied the decision tree analysis for Job Stress Questionnaire data and tried to visualize the characteristic of job stress under company organization. As a result, we could accelerate to cooperation between members of Human Resources and General Affairs and members of Data analysts and they could deepen the understanding of structure of organizational problem and create the executable counterplan.
