| Abstract(in English) | Accelerated aging tests at high humidity of 85℃85%RH and in a mineral oil for 90 days were conducted with optical fibers coated with different primary and secondary coatings, and their strip force changes were investigated. The strip force of the all fibers immersed in a mineral oil at 85°C decreased due to oil absorption of the coating. On the other hand, no changes were seen in the strip force after acceralated aging tests at high humidity of 85℃85%RH, there was a degradation of the coating strippability. In this paper, the changes in strip force before and after the accelerated aging tests were described, and the coating design for maintaining the strip force were described. |
